Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at PURENZDESIGN.  We have a 30 day return policy - money back guarantee - no questions asked.  Although we are confident you will be pleased with your carefully chosen purchase, if for some reason you are not, or if you receive goods that are faulty or defective, look like they were damaged en-route or you received the wrong goods, or you have simply changed your mind - we will :

• replace the item, if we have the same item in stock,
• replace it with another product of your choice of the same value, or
• refund the total amount of the goods on receipt of the item.

All you have to do is email us within that 30 day period (or as soon as you can) and let us know your intention so that we can expect your item and follow up with you.  (You will need to pay for the return postage of the goods).
