Delivery Information

PURENZDESIGN will despatch your order on next business day after receiving your order. If a delay is anticipated for any reason, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as is practicably possible.

New Zealand orders are track and trace couriered at a flat-rate fee of $6.00, delivered overnight to the South Island and Wellington and a 2 day delivery service elsewhere in New Zealand during normal business days and hours.  Spend $100 or more and get free delivery within New Zealand.

International delivery is by International Air Mail and priced per weight in 10gram increments and categorised into 5 international zones - Australia, South Pacific, East Asia and North America, UK & Europe and the Rest of the World.   Delivery time is between 3 to 10 working days.  If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us by email or telephone us on +64 3 548 3737 so that we can follow up with NZ Post.

When placing your order, the shopping cart automatically calculates the cost of sending your purchases based on the total weight of the goods ordered and the delivery address given. This charge is added to your order in the shopping cart.  You, the customer, will be liable for payment of any local country import duty and/or sales tax levied at the time of entry into the country of destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary for each country and it may be prudent to contact your local customs office for further information.
